Frequently Asked Questions

Get the details on seamless concrete coatings from Utah County’s experts since 2013.

We get this question a lot, and the honest answer is it depends. Every garage is different. The age and condition of the concrete, any cracks or repairs needed, the size and layout, and the finish or color you’re after all play a big role in the final cost.

Rather than throw out a number that might not reflect your specific project, we prefer to take a look in person. That way, we can walk the space with you, show you finish options, and give you a clear, accurate estimate without any guesswork.

Just reach out and we’ll set up a time to stop by. It’s quick, pressure free, and the best way to make sure we get you exactly what you want.

Yes, everything needs to be cleared out of the space before we begin. While we are not a moving company, we are happy to guide you on how to prepare. Whether it’s a garage, basement, driveway , or interior floor, we use industrial equipment to grind, clean, and prep the surface, so the entire area needs to be open and accessible.

Once it is cleared out, you do not need to worry about cleaning the floor — we take care of all of that during our prep process. It is part of what ensures a clean, long lasting finish.

For garage, patio, and porch coatings, here is a simple guideline:

  • 24 hours: Light foot traffic
  • 48 hours: Heavier foot traffic and moving items or appliances back in
  • 72 hours: Ready to park your vehicles

Every coating system cures a little differently, so we will always give you specific timelines based on your project. Some coatings may allow vehicle traffic a bit sooner, but in general, the longer you let it cure, the stronger your floor becomes. Either way, you will know exactly when it is safe to get back to full use.

For polished concrete, there is zero wait time — you can walk on it as soon as we are finished. For concrete sealing, most of our sealers are ready to go once they are dry, but if you choose a high gloss acrylic “wet look” finish, we will let you know exactly how long to wait before driving on it.

Prep is everything, and it is where we put in the most time and care. It is also what separates a professional job from one that will not last.

We start by mechanically grinding the concrete using industrial grade diamond tooling to properly profile the surface. Then we repair cracks, fill spalls, and address any expansion joints to create a smooth, solid base.

This level of prep holds true whether we are coating a garage, sealing a driveway, or polishing an interior floor. A strong foundation sets the stage for the results you are looking for, and that is what we deliver.

Yes, we do exterior concrete work all the time. From modern front porches to custom pool decks to full driveways, we offer durable systems that hold up to weather, UV exposure, moisture, and salt.

You can also choose from a range of colors, textures, and finishes, including slip resistant options. If you are unsure what would look best at your place, we are happy to come out, walk the space with you, and help pick the right system for your needs and your style.

Within Utah County, estimates are always free. For surrounding areas, we may charge a small, nonrefundable travel fee to cover our time, especially on longer distance projects.

That fee gets credited back to you if you move forward with the job, so it is not an extra cost in the long run. And either way, we keep it simple — once we have walked the space with you and gone over color and finish options, we will send over a clear, honest quote, often the same day.
